The Truth about Weight loss and Hypnosis

Yes, Hypnosis can boost Motivation, improve self-esteem and address false beliefs, However,

It still requires YOU to manage your eating, and face the truths about Sugar driving up insulin levels in your blood, and driving out of control appetite.

Intermittent Fasting is useful to give your pancreas a rest and stabilise insulin resistance.

However, Intermittent Fasting isn’t for everyone. Perhaps you have found Banting or Calorie counting more successful. Most of us could write our own books on weight loss programmes as we have tried just about every single new idea which becomes fashionable. 

My HONEST opinion is:

  • Weight fluctuates with life events, and very few of us lose weight once. It is an ongoing Life-Skill.
  • A heartfelt goal is a great motivator,
  • The BEST system I have observed, is having someone to be accountable to. Be it a group, or an individual.
